7月29日，2026中国-东盟教育交流周在贵阳开幕。开幕式上，中国·贵阳贵安国际人才创业园正式揭牌。台下，孟加拉国留学生阿民（RUHUL AMIN ARPON）举起手机拍下了这一幕。五年前他以贵州大学电子科学与技术专业学生的身份来到这里，如今他已是贵州民越商贸有限公司的创始人。
On July 29, the 2026 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW) opened in Guiyang. At the opening ceremony, RUHUL AMIN ARPON, a Bangladeshi student, raised his phone to capture the moment. Five years ago, he came here as an Electronic Science and Technology major at Guizhou University; today, he is the founder of Guizhou Minyue Trading Co., Ltd.
“我刚来的时候，花溪大学城还没有这么多楼。”阿民站在交流周展区前，向记者分享道，“现在不仅楼多了，大数据企业也多了很多。”专业是电子科学与技术的阿民，对贵州这些年在大数据和人工智能领域的发展格外关注。“课堂上老师讲大数据应用，出了校门就是大数据产业园，这是在贵州留学的天然优势。”
"When I first arrived, there weren't so many buildings in the Huaxi University Town," Arpon shared with reporters while standing at the CAECW exhibition area. "Now, not only are there more buildings, but there are also many more big data companies." As an Electronic Science and Technology major, Arpon has paid close attention to Guizhou's development in big data and artificial intelligence over the years. "In class, our teachers talk about big data applications; step out of the school gate, and there's the big data industrial park. This is the natural advantage of studying in Guizhou."

本届交流周首次将教育装备展纳入配套活动，展区里集中展示了虚拟仿真、智慧课堂、数字实训等前沿设备。作为电子科学与技术专业的留学生，阿民对今年交流周上看到这么多“硬核”科技感到格外惊喜。
This year's CAECW, for the first time, incorporated an Educational Equipment Exhibition into its supporting activities, featuring cutting-edge technologies such as virtual simulation, smart classrooms, and digital training. As an international student in Electronic Science and Technology, Arpon was pleasantly surprised to see so much hardcore technology at this year's event.
除此之外，他对数字应用背后的商业机会同样敏锐。“贵州在算力方面优势明显。如果能够把这里的技术和东盟市场的需求对接起来，贵州与东盟国家的合作将大有可为。”阿民说。
Beyond that, he is equally keen on the business opportunities behind these digital applications. "Guizhou has clear advantages in computing power. If we can connect the technology here with the needs of the ASEAN market, there will be great potential for cooperation between Guizhou and ASEAN countries," Arpon said.
2026中国-东盟教育交流周活动现场五年的贵州生活，让阿民对两边的市场都有了判断。他创办的贵州民越商贸有限公司，主营跨境贸易。“贵州的茶叶、吉他、特色农产品，在孟加拉国和东盟市场都有需求。”他正在尝试把贵州的好东西卖到南亚和东南亚去，也把那边的特色产品带回来。
Five years of living in Guizhou have given Arpon a solid understanding of both markets. The company he founded, Guizhou Minyue Trading Co., Ltd., focuses on cross-border trade. "Guizhou's tea, guitars, and specialty agricultural products are all in demand in Bangladesh and the ASEAN market," he said. He is now working to bring Guizhou's quality products to South and Southeast Asia, while also importing specialty goods from those regions back to China.
近年来，中国-东盟教育交流周持续发挥教育辐射带动作用，先后打造中国-东盟创新创业学院、贵阳贵安国际人才创业园等9个实体合作平台。在贵安国际人才创业园，园区提供覆盖企业注册、资质办理、经营发展全流程的帮代办服务。目前已有15名外籍留学生在花溪大学城注册企业创业。
In recent years, the CAECW has continued to play a radiating and driving role in education, establishing nine physical cooperation platforms including the China-ASEAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship College and the Guiyang Guian International Talent Entrepreneurship Park. The park provides comprehensive assistance services covering the entire process of business registration, qualification processing, and operational development. Currently, 15 international students have registered and started businesses in the Huaxi University Town.
2026中国-东盟教育交流周会场上的宇树机器人“我在贵州五年，知道这里有什么好东西；我了解孟加拉国，也知道那边缺什么。光有产品和市场还不够，中间得有人把两边连接起来。我学的虽然是电子，但这几年在贵州积累的资源和人脉，反而成了做贸易最大的本钱。”阿民认为，跨境贸易不是简单的“买和卖”。
"I've been in Guizhou for five years. I know what good things are here; I also know what they lack over there. Products and markets alone are not enough; someone needs to connect the two sides. Although I studied electronics, the resources and connections I've accumulated in Guizhou over the years have become my greatest asset in doing business," Arpon said. He believes that cross-border trade is not simply about buying and selling.
教育带来了视野，交流催生了机遇。在交流周的舞台上，越来越多像阿民一样的留学生，正把贵州当作梦想的起点。
Education broadens horizons, and exchange breeds opportunities. On the stage of the CAECW, more and more international students like Arpon are making Guizhou the starting point of their dreams.
