贵州，蕴藏着多少创造力和生命力，这是一个用数据或文字都难以解释的问题。
也许，“他们”的故事能够带来一些参考。持续蜕变，日新月异的贵州既让一些本地人萌生了走出家乡、走向世界的想法，也让许多“洋面孔”慕名而来，求职、读书、安家，甚至用在贵州的所见所闻反哺家乡发展。往来之间，一些变化悄然发生，一些故事被世界看见。
他们为什么要来到贵州，又如何向世界介绍贵州，“我从贵州来”栏目将走进他们的世界。
今年贵州大学农学院毕业晚会上，一个外国身影用一首《You are mine forever》为活动增添了一抹异域风情。
站在台上唱歌的是因塔志（EntajTarafder），他来自印度，正在贵州大学农学院进行真菌学博士后研究。2023年从印度加尔各答大学博士毕业后来到中国，此次博士后学习之行，是他第一次来到中国。
因塔志和许多人印象中的博士后十分不同，不仅专注于除了写论文、做实验，作为“e人”的他，喜欢踢足球、唱歌，参加学校组织的各种活动。今年寒假学校组织的外籍“博士村长”项目就是其中之一。此前，他在印度很少能有机会走出大学校园；这次，却在中国有了全新的体验。
寒假期间，因塔志回到家乡印度西孟加拉邦加尔各答市，指导当地农户开发农田、培育食用菌、防治植物疾病。一个月时间里，他举办的“博士村长”讲座，吸引了100多名当地农民和学生参加。
在他看来：“‘博士村长’是一个非常独特新颖的想法，让我开始思考怎样能把本国国情和在贵州大学学到的农业技术相结合，从而运用到实际实践之中。”
加尔各答大学的课堂里，因塔志拿起提前准备好的菌包，指导老师和学生培育食用菌的技巧，“你们知道吗？在中国，这么小一个菌包能种出500克食用菌。”
在喜马拉雅地区丘陵地带做田野调查时，许多农户都围着因塔志一个问题接着一个问题不停问。“为什么地里的收成今年不如去年？”“为什么作物身上会长斑？”“在家种蘑菇需要注意些什么？”……如火的热情，让他感受到大家对技术的渴望。
翻阅留存资料时，他在一张照片上停留了很久。那是一张“博士村长”讲座结束后的合影，因塔志左右被许多人围着，有的人甚至双鬓染霜。
“这些都是加尔各答大学的农业专家和老师，有的人甚至已经退休、年纪非常大了。”他说，讲座结束后，学校颁发了特邀讲师证书，邀请自己以后能够多举办类似的讲座。
说到“博士村长”的未来，因塔志表示，希望能为贵州大学和加尔各答大学牵线搭桥，促成两所高校之间的合作，推动双方组建科研合作团队，从而实现互利共赢、共同发展。
尽管来中国的时间还不长，但这段经历给他留下了深刻的印象，“我从中国朋友还有老师身上学到了很多，我想把这些知识带回印度，把贵州蘑菇种到印度去。”
Entaj Tarafder is from India and is currently conducting postdoctoral research in mycology at the College of Agriculture of Guizhou University. After graduating with a PhD from the University of Calcutta, India, in 2023, he came to China for this postdoctoral study, which marks his first time in the country.
Entaj is quite different from the typical image of a postdoctoral researcher. Besides writing papers and conducting experiments, he is an energetic person who enjoys playing football, singing, and participating in various activities. One such activity this year was the “PhD. Village Chief” proram organized by the university during the winter vacation., which has given him had a brand-new experience in China.
During the winter break, Entaj returned to his hometown, where he guided local farmers in developing farmland, cultivating edible fungi, and preventing plant diseases. The “PhD. Village Chief” lectures he held attracted over 100 local farmers and students.
In terms of the future of “PhD. Village Chief” program, Entaj expressed his plan to facilitate cooperation between Guizhou University and the University of Calcutta. He envisions the formation of joint research teams to achieve mutual benefits and shared development.
Although he hasn't been in China for long, this experience has left him a deep impression, “I’ve learned a lot from my Chinese friends and teachers, and I want to take these advanced technologies back to India.”
